Background:
The Jonesville Tennis Center has been in operation for ten years and the courts are in need of complete restoration along with improvements to the court drainage system. The courts are clay courts that have subsurface irrigation. During heavy rains the tennis center as a whole drains off slowly and creates maintenance problems both on and off the courts.
