Background:

In January 2020 the BoCC entered shared cost savings agreement with Cenergistic to reduce energy consumption through behavior modification.  Cenergistic has a full-time employee on site monitoring consumption and making recommended changes to how we use energy, as well as a team of support staff, including specialist and engineers.
