Description:
The purpose of the Replat is increase the vacant property boundary to the north of lot 15 by 25 feet, to include the northern 25 feet that is in common ownership with lot 15, and shift the northern building setback of 20 feet within this increased area.

Approve the proposed Replat for Phase 1 Lot 15 of Savanna Pointe PD based on the recommendation by the Development Review Committee and a finding of consistency with Florida Statutes, the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan, and the Alachua County Unified Land Development Code.

Background:
The purpose of the Replat is increase the vacant property boundary to the north of lot 15 by 25 feet and shift the northern building setback of 20 feet within this increased area.
The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Replat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the Unified Land Development Code. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Replat per Section 401.02(e)10.
