Description:
This is a request to approve the change order and authorize the Chair to sign Change Order 2 updating language in the the grant work plan (Attachment 3-2). There is no change to the grant amount or scope.

Prior Board Motions:
3/13/18 the BoCC approved a Budget Amendment, adopted the Resolution to recognize $250,000 in unanticipated revenue, approved an inter-fund loan for $103,300 (Phase II Tasks 1, 2, and 4) in Fund 146.55.5511, and approved and signed the agreement for the Newnans Lake Improvement Initiative Phase II (Contract LP01121).
5/28/19 the BoCC authorized the extension of LP01121 Newnans Lake Improvement Initiative Phase II agreement (Contract LP01121) to 7/31/2021 and approved an inter-fund loan from Fund 146.55.5511 in the amount of $146,700.

Background:
Work under this agreement is being conducted as part of the Newnans Lake Improvement Initiative Phase II project to reduce nutrient loading to Little Hatchet Creek and Newnans Lake. The BoCC authorized the extension of LP01121 Newnans Lake Improvement Initiative Phase II agreement on 5/28/2019 and the amendment was signed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection 6/12/2019.
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection recently noted that the deliverables language of tasks 3 and 5 in the agreement are missing necessary language.
