September 10, 2019; Approve staff's recommendation that the Sugarfoot Oaks/Cedar Ridge Preservation and Enhancement District item be opened for discussion as stated within the TRIM notices and then continued until the Board's September 24, 2019 Public Hearing at 5:01 p.m. to allow for the completion of required advertising.

Background:
On July 9, 2019 the Board approved the initial assessments and authorized the appropriate advertising for the Sugarfoot Oaks/Cedar Ridge Preservation and Enhancement District. The advertising requirements consist of two actions; one to be included on the TRIM Notice and the other to advertise within the local newspaper. The original advertising deadline was missed and since has been advertised on Thursday August 29, 2019.
