Background:
Facilities is responsible for the maintenance of Court Related buildings for the State Attorney, Public Defender and both Courthouses as defined by Section 29.0085 Part C. In order to close out the fiscal yearend, it is necessary to reallocate a portion of the budget from the Court Related functions to the general operations portion of the Facilities budget. This amendment will better reflect actual expenses incurred in general operations and Court Related functions.
