Description:

Report of contracts signed by the County Manager and staff for July 2019 and August 2019, as authorized by guidelines adopted by the Board of County Commissioners. Copies of the agreements to be included in the Board's minutes.

Background:

At their regular meeting on July 8, 2014 the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 14-49 adopting guidelines for signature authority for contracts that could be signed by the County Manager and staff. The Guidelines provided that a copy of any such documents be included in the Board's minutes.

This report includes fully approved contracts and grants approved from July 1st thru July 31st and August 1st thru August 31st

Electronic and hard copies of agreements are maintained by the grants/contracts office.
