Background:

The 1st Amendment is amending the unit of service cost/budget due to a calculation error by the agency in the original contract (incorrect number of service days in the school year) and change in cost of summer school program. The number of days of the After School Program is amended from 172 per school year to 144 days per school year. There is no fiscal impact to the budget as there is no change in allocation of costs.

CAPP contacts are funded through local revenues appropriated annually by the BoCC, CAPP is a competitive, grant award program for Alachua County nongovernmental, 501(c)(3) agencies intended to help facilitate the alleviation of poverty among Alachua County residents.
