Background:

Alachua County's lease agreement with Holbrook Group, Inc. for office space in the Seagle Building  previously renewed the term of the Lease Agreement on a month-to-month basis commencing October 1, 2018.  This building lease has provided office space for the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) since 2011 and since 2016 for the new Parks and Land Conservation Department (PLCD).

The proposed lease amendment amends the Landlord’s responsibilities for the provision of Janitorial Service as follows:  “Landlord shall provide janitorial services limited to the first floor restrooms twice weekly, cleaning toilets, basins and floor”.
