There is sufficient budget in the project to cover the additional software for NFPA Codes and inspections software. Staff is not recommending moving to ESO software for the medical billing module. 001.54.5450.526.52.31

Background:
The Department of Fire Rescue currently has no electronic reporting mechanism for inspections or NFPA code references. The Department is in the process of implementing ESO Patient care reporting system. ESO has a NFPA Code and Inspection reporting module. The module will allow electronic inspections and reports as well as, the creation of a data base.
The original project included purchasing the medical billing module, however, staff does not recommend this purchase. Due to this, there is sufficient budget to cover the additional module at $4,020.00.
