Recommended Action

Select Artist for Tax Collectors Office Art Project and authorize the Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with the selected Artist in an amount Not-to-Exceed $10,000.

Background:

In accordance with Ordinance 18-07, the Arts Council of Alachua County reviewed the nine submittals and narrowed them to three.  The group unanimously approved the following ranking:

1.                     Jarod Charzewski

2.                     Gus and Lina Fine

3.                     Beth Ravitz

 

The Board is being requested to discuss and select an artist for the Tax Collectors Office.
