Approve Appointment of “Representative - Incorporated Cities - not Gainesville” Member to Wild Spaces Public Places (WSPP) Citizens Oversight Board for a partial term ending Sept. 30, 2021.  If current alternate (Gary Kocher) selected to fill full member vacancy, staff would request selecting an alternate member to fill his vacancy.

Background:

As required in Ordinance 16-06 and Resolution 17-36, the County shall establish a Citizens Oversight Board for the Wild Spaces Public Places surtax.  All applications were emailed to the eight smaller municipalities for review prior to being placed on today’s agenda.
