Recognize unanticipated revenue for the Law Enforcement Equipment Program ($35,087), by adopting the resolution and approve the budget amendment.

This grant does not require matching funds. The attached budget amendment provides for the appropriation of the unanticipated revenue.

Background:

At the May 14, 2019 the BoCC approved application for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.  The Alachua County Sheriff was awarded two Bryne Grants for FY19.  This will allow them to purchase the items prior to December 31, 2019.
