Approve the proposed plats for Laureate Village TND Phase 1 Unit 1 and Unit 2 subdivision based on the recommendation by the Development Review Committee and a finding of consistency with Florida Statutes, the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan, and the Alachua County Unified Land Development Code.

Background:
The Board of County Commissioners approved the Preliminary Development Plan for this project in December 2018 (GWR Traditional Neighborhood Development). Final Development Plans will be submitted in phases. The subject plats are for 97 lots and are a portion of Phase 1.
The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plats are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Plat per Section 401.02(e)10.
