Recommended Action:
Recommended Action
Approve the Award and Contract for BID 19-912 NW 91st Street Sidewalk Project 918-7903 to, Hartman Civil Construction Co. Inc., in the amount of $347,325.00, plus a contingency amount of $34,732.50, for a total fiscal impact of $382,057.50, as the lowest, most responsible and responsive bidder meeting specifications.

Approve the Budget Amendment to move $275,494.00 from Unallocated MMTM Funds to the NW 91st Street Sidewalk Project 918-7903.

Approve Change Order 1 reducing the contract amount by $58,635.00 for a revised contract amount of $288,690.00 plus the original contingency of $34,732.50 for a total fiscal impact of $323,422.50.

Fiscal Consideration
The amount needed for the contract including contingency minus the change order of $58,635 for project 918-7903 is $323,422.50. An additional $50,000 is needed for in-house charges. The amount currently available in account 354.79.7910.541.63.01 for this project is $97,929. Therefore, the budget amendment in the amount of $275,494 will cover the shortfall.
