Background:

At the July 10 Board meeting, the Commission discussed establishing criteria to display art in the Jack Durrance Auditorium.

 

The Arts Council of Alachua County reviewed the work submitted by Samm Wehman Epstein at their December 2 meeting, to ensure that each piece proposed for approval at today’s meeting meets the Program requirements.  The Council unanimously recommended the Commission approve contracts for these three art pieces.

 

The art will be on display in the Jack Durrance Auditorium for three months.
