Background:
The County has been providing plan review and building inspections services for the Town of LaCrosse since 2002. The Town in anticipating a new site development to be permitted in 2020 and the Town does not have staff to inspect site developments for adherence to the Town’s code. The Town has requested to expand the interlocal agreement to include site development inspection services. Under the proposed agreement, the site developers will be responsible for the cost of inspections.
