Background:

On April 12, 2016 the Board approved Ordinance #16-05 creating Article III of the Alachua County Purchasing Code, establishing an Alachua County Government Minimum Wage requirement for certain contractors and subcontractors providing selected services to Alachua County Government.  The Florida Department of State acknowledged receipt of the ordinance and filed it in their office on April 22, 2016.  This annual report incorporates information for all four quarters of FY2019.
