Background:
The County's Inter-fund Loan Policy requires that any inter-fund loan that is outstanding at the end of the fiscal year be reported to the Board of County Commissioners. Attached is the Interfund Loans Report for FY2019. The report shows inter-fund loans that are outstanding at 09/30/19 and their estimated repayment dates. These loans are granted to departments for reimbursement contracts in order for them to operate until Local, State and/or Federal reimbursement money is received. This report is presented annually for acceptance by the Board.
