Background:
> The Working Capital Agreement to create an imprest account was previously approved by the Board and the Executive Committee of CSNCF. The Agreement now needs be expanded to address operating expenses and direct Federal programs.
> CLM Board 10 is providing Technical Assistance through a DEO grant until January 31, 2020 to assist CSNCF with operations. At your January 28, 2020 meeting, staff anticipates presenting the Board with an agreement LWDB Board 10 to provide Administrative Entity services to CSNCF through June 30, 2020.
> The DEO monitoring report has been released for SFY 2017, 2018, and 2019.
>Potential temporary CFOs are being reviewed to assist during the transition to a new Administrative model determined by Alachua and Bradford Counties.
