Background:
Currently, the County does not have a policy for how to handle complaints against County Administrating Officials, and their deputies and assistants. A policy would help to ensure that complaints from Board members and employees against an Administrating Official, or a deputy or assistant to an Administrating Official, are handled in in a consistent manner and conducted in an impartial and unbiased way.
