Description:
The Board of County Commissioners will discuss funding considerations for the FY21 Budget Process. This is the departmental “deep dive” of Solid Waste. This includes Business Plan and 5 year financial plan.

Recommended Action
Approve the direction for the Solid Waste five-year plan, specifically related to assessment levels and tipping fees, and approve staff recommendations to notify commercial solid waste franchise haulers of displacement and authorization to exercise 5-year contract extension with WCA for residential solid waste collection.
