Description:
Second Amendment to the State Infrastructure Bank (SIB) Loan Agreement Between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (FDOT), Celebration Pointe Holdings, LLC, Patricia A. Shively and Alachua County. Amendment is to adjust the agreement to take into account where Alachua County returned $187,163.75 of the $1,800,000 advanced for Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) services for the building of a new multi-modal bridge over Interstate 75.

Approve second amendment to the SIB Loan Agreement between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (FDOT), Celebration Pointe Holdings, LLC, Patricia A. Shively and Alachua County and authorize the Chair to execute same.

On September 9, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) approved the Construction and Maintenance Agreement (CMA) with FDOT and Celebration Pointe Holdings, LLC to take over operation and maintenance of SW 30th Ave Bridge after construction.
