Background:

On March 12, 2019 the Board considered its options of either closing a portion of County Road 2082 or changing its use and imposing restrictions on motorized vehicular traffic. The Board adopted Resolution 19-92, which changed the use and imposed restrictions on motorized vehicular traffic on a portion of C.R. 2082 between  S.E. Hawthorne Road (State Road 20) and S.E. County Road 234, and instructed staff to provide license agreements to adjoining property owners.

Staff prepared license agreements to allow the adjoining property owners the right to use the closed portion of County Road 2082. Alachua County Conservation Trust signed and returned the License Agreement.
