Background:
The library and the County are looking to improve current timekeeping practices and move to Tyler Technologies timekeeping system called Executime. Executime will replace the current in house solution that the county has and move the library from paper timesheets to a digital format. Furthermore Executime will seamlessly integrate with New World, reducing the need to manage nonintegrated systems and eliminate manual work to process Employee time and payroll. The move to Executime will also allow for remote clock in capabilities for employees that often report and work in the field rather than traditional office settings. The library district will reimburse the County for their portion of reoccurring annual and one time implementation costs. The one time implementation costs shall be billed on an as needed during the course of implementation not to exceed the quoted maximum
