Background:

One of the issues DEO requested CSNCF’s Interim CEO to address is CSNCF’s existing facility. It is too large, thus resulting in it being too expensive, and the terms of the lease was not acceptable to DEO for the use of grant funds.  The landlord of the current facility was not willing to make the necessary changes. As a result, a new location has been identified and the lease is in the process of being executed. The new lease provides an appropriate amount of space at a lower monthly rent. CSNCF will be moving in June.  They have requested assistance from facilities staff to review the site to determine what improvements should be made to the new leased facility before they move into the facility.
