Prior Board Motions:
The BoCC recognized the unintended revenue and budget amendment at the 2/27/18 meeting and approved the selection of UPPERCASE Inc. at the 3/15/18 meeting. The original contract was signed by the County Manager on August 14, 2018.

Fiscal Consideration
This contract will be used for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) 319 Grant Program to reduce residential fertilizer use. Fund 260.55.5511.537.31.00 Project #2185501 and a Springs Tag Grant for an Aquifer Awareness Campaign Fund 260.55.5511.537.31.00 Project # 4205501. Additionally, social marketing needs for the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center and COOP collection in other counties Fund 401.55.554131.00, Fund 236 (Coops) various divisions, education components for the Gainesville Clean Water Partnership Fund 087.55.5511.537.31.00 and 087.55.5519.537.31.00, water conservation and water quality programs from fund 001.55.5511.537.31.00 and 008.55.5511.537.31.00, and stormwater outreach from fund 146.55.5511.537.31.00. This contract may also be used for additional grants obtained within the contract period and additional projects as they evolve.

There is sufficient budget in the above referenced funds for this work to be done.
