Description:

The applicant is requesting zoning changes to implement the land use amendments adopted as part of a concurrent large-scale land use application (CPA-01-20).

Staff recommends that the Board adopt Resolution Z-20-05 approving the requested zoning changes

Background:

This zoning request is associated with a concurrent application for a large scale land use change (CPA-01-20) located in the southwest quadrant of NW 39th Avenue and I-75 (Springhills Activity Center).  With the approval of that request, the applicant is now seeking appropriate zoning designations for each of the new land uses approved by the BoCC.  The three requested districts (R-2, ML and C-1) implement the Medium-density Residential, Light Industrial and Conservation land uses.
