This assessment will allow the County to collect approximately $49,620 in non-ad valorem assessment fees (not adjusted for non-collectibles) to fund community maintenance in the Sugarfoot Oaks/Cedar Ridge Preservation and Enhancement District.

Background:
On July 14, 2020 the Board approved the initial assessments and authorized the appropriate advertising for the Sugarfoot Oaks/Cedar Ridge Preservation and Enhancement District. The advertising requirements consist of two actions; one to be included on the TRIM Notice and the other to advertise within the local newspaper.
