Background:

As part of the Budget process, Alachua County prepares a 5 Year Capital Improvement Plan identifying its long range capital goals.  The first year of the plan is funded in the adopted budget.  As part of its development, the 5 Year CIP is reviewed by the Financial Oversight Committee to ensure Alachua County is maintaining healthy stewardship of its resources.

A point to highlight in this formal approval is the delay of construction of the County Administration Building to FY22.
