Background:
Donald J. Tyson and Christie L. Tyson are the owners of tax parcel number 01643-000-000 on NW 202nd Street.
NW 202nd Street is owned and maintained by Alachua County.
It was determined that a portion of NW 202nd Street traverses tax parcel number 01643-000-000.
The property owners of tax parcel number 01643-000-000 have agreed to donate their ownership interest in that portion of NW 202nd Street that traverses their property to Alachua County by Warranty Deed. This proposed donation has been reviewed by the County’s Donation Acceptance Committee and they are recommending that the Board accept the donation (see attached).
