Background:
At various times County Departments have a need to employee temporary service personnel due to fluctuation of workloads and employee turn-over. The term of the agreement is through September 30, 2021.
The RFP process allows for negotiation of terms, conditions and price. The Alachua County Government Minimum Wage (GMW) Ordinance allows for contracts that have been awarded via an RFP to be adjusted after additional negotiation has been completed. This Fourth Amendment to the agreement amends the fee proposal and includes the updated pay rates and is in compliance with the GMW Ordinance.
