Background:

This application proposes a Final Development Plan for a 19-lot subdivision on approximately 4.8 acres with associated infrastructure improvements. This property is located in the Urban Cluster. The subject parcel is adjacent to existing single-family subdivisions to the east and south, and adjacent to a large single-family lot to the west. The DRC approved the Preliminary Development Plan on May 25, 2020 and the Final Development Plan on September 3, 2020.

The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plats are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Plat per Section 401.02(e)10.
