Receive the list of regulatory traffic control devices placed, modified or removed by the County Engineer from April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 and include a copy of the list in the minutes of the Board of County Commissioners.

Prior Board Motions:
The Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) adopted Ordinance 12-10 which created Article III of Chapter 51 of Title 5 of Part II of the Alachua County Code. Section 51.52 of Article III delegates authority from the BoCC to the County Engineer to place, modify or remove traffic control devices (excluding no-parking and traffic signals) on County roads. Section 51.54 requires the County Engineer to file to the BoCC a list of regulatory traffic control devices placed, modified or removed during the period since the last report.
