Background:

The property owner, West Side Quail Farms, LLC, filed an application for final development plan approval for Tara Greens, located in the 137-140 block of NW 8th Lane. The application was approved by the Alachua County Development Review Committee July 18, 2019.

As a condition of final development plan approval the property owner agreed to provide an Emergency Service Access Easement for the Site and future access to Tara Greens Phase 2.  The property is now owned by the Tara Greens Homeowners’ Association, Inc.
