Pursuant to F.S. 116.21, the Clerk advertised certain unclaimed monies held
which are subject to forfeiture to Alachua County Clerk of Court. Florida Statutes 116.21
requires that the proof of publication "shall be filed and recorded in the minutes of
the County Commission of such county."

This advertised list of monies represents all unclaimed monies which came into the hands of the Clerk of the Circuit Court prior to January 1, 2019.
Monies are deposited into the Fine and Forfeiture Fund.
