Background:
Financial Policy requires budget transfers across Fund, Function or Category, greater than $50,000, to be approved by the Board. In the ITS Tech Investment, there are no capital purchases planned for this fiscal year. Since all projects are operating expenditures, a budget amendment is necessary to move the balance of the capital category into the operating category for the remainder of the fiscal year.
