Background:

On April 28th 2020 the County entered into the 3rd amendment to the software agreement with Tyler Technologies, for both the Library and the County, to add Executime, a Tyler Technologies time keeping system. The Executime implementation team was unable to resolve issues discovered during implementation and data conversions. County Staff and the Tyler implementation team had resolution meetings with the Executime product owner. County staff was not satisfied with the solutions or workarounds proposed. Staff requested Tyler technologies amend the contract to remove the County portion of the agreement and leave the Library portion intact.
