Background:

Contract #11782 was executed on 9/28/20 between Alachua County and Eola Power, LLC for Annual Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance.  Unfortunately, four (4) UPS units located at CCC building were not included on the bid form.  We need to add the four (4) units located at the CCC building for the Preventative Maintenance services EOLA provides.  These UPS units maintain our emergency back-up power supply.  These are the systems that provide instant battery power that backs up servers and systems before our Diesel fuel generators take over.

Additionally, amendment extends the term period from ending September 30, 2021 to ending September 30, 2023.
