Background:

Alachua County has contracted with Public consulting Group, LLC (PCG) to assist with the collection and submission of data and information for the Program for Emergency Medical Transportation (PEMT) program.  PCG assists with program requirements and compliance for both the Fee for Service (12%) and Managed Care programs (6%).

The current agreement expired on June 6, 2021 when the Volusia County agreement which we were piggybacking on ended.  The renewal contract utilizes the Palm Beach County request for proposal which was awarded to PCG.  The Palm Beach County procurement procedures and processes meet the Alachua County Procurement Code, EX 12 - Federal, State, Supplies, Service.
