Background:
At various times County Departments have a need to employee temporary personnel services due to fluctuation of workloads and employee turnover. Procurement solicits proposals from vendors that provide temporary personnel services through an annual Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP 22-21 used to solicit these services has a clause that allows for two additional 2-year periods, if agreed upon by both the vendor and the County.
RFP 22-21 Annual Temporary Personnel Services posted on January 6, 2021. The deadline for receipt of RFP 22-21 Annual Temporary Personnel Services was March 3, 2021; ten (10) vendors responded.
An evaluation team scored and ranked Career Center, Inc. d/b/a Tempforce as the top ranked vendor and Career Center, Inc. d/b/a TempForce has agreed to the terms as outlined in the proposed agreement.
