Background:

On September 30, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners entered into an Agreement with L-3 Communications to employ the Contractor to provide Annual Equipment Maintenance for X-Ray Machines in various County buildings. Subsequent to execution of this Amendment, L-3 changed its name to Leidos Security Detection & Automation, Inc. The Contractor can no longer provide full maintenance support to two of the machines due to the age of the equipment and has requested to provide reduced support as preventative maintenance only.
