Background:
As of November 5, 2021, Animal Services, now Animal Resources & Care, will officially become a department. All employees in the County’s At-Will (CAW) pay plan are eligible for and receive FRS Senior Management Service retirement benefits. The ARC Director and Deputy County Attorney must be added to FRS which requires them to be posted in the newspaper for two (2) weeks and then the Board will re-affirm their inclusion in FRS Senior Management Service.
