Description:
The UF Campus Development Agreement is the final step in the process to update the UF Campus Master Plan (CMP) and adopt the update to the Campus Development Agreement (CDA). The CMP is for a 10-year period and is updated every 5 years, and is implemented by the CDA. UF updated the CMP in 2020, and has transmitted the draft CDA to the City and the County, which are required to hold two public hearings to adopt the updated CDA. This is the second public hearing; the first public hearing was held on October 12, 2021. UF intends to bring the final CDA to the Board of Trustees for adoption at their meeting on December 3, 2021.

Prior Board Motions:
On October 12, 2021, the Board approved a motion to hold the first public hearing to adopt the CDA, and to announce the date of the second public hearing for November 9, 2021.
At the February 11, 2020 meeting the Board directed staff to provide an update on Campus Master Plan in May.
