Background:
On October 12, 2021, the Alachua County BOCC approved the Revised Certification of Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll and authorized the Chair to certify the non-ad valorem assessment roll to the tax collector.
The Revised Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll which was approved on October 12, 2021, requires an updated to account for a rounding error. Doing so allows for the rolls certified by the County, the Tax Collector, and the Property Appraiser to match.
