Background:
The Wild Spaces Public Places Citizens Oversight Board is a five (5) member board with three (3) alternates. The small city representative was appointed to the full member vacancy leaving their alternate position vacant. Ms. Forbes’ application was shared with the cities and they had no objection to her appointment.
