Description:
Cuscowilla has several changes in the Cuscowilla Rental, Activities and Sumer Camp section of the Fee Schedule and is requesting an amendment to the FY21/22 Fee Schedule. Also included in the changes are clarifications and minor amendments relating to other County departments and grammatical fixes.

Prior Board Motions:
August 17, 2021 the board adopted the FY21/22 Fee Schedule. The FY21/22 fee schedule was amended on September 14, 2021 to incorporate Horse Schooling.

Background:
The Board adopted the Fee Schedule to cover services at the start of the new fiscal year, which included the fees for the Cuscowilla Nature & Retreat Center. The fee schedule will be brought to the Board semi-annually and when new services are being provided. This amended fee schedule is being brought to the Board due to new services to be offered at Cuscowilla. Additional, clarifications and amendments are included related to other County departments. These fees were anticipated but not known at the time the amended fee schedule was brought to the Board on September 14, 2021.
