Background:
Metamorphosis is a long term residential treatment program for adults with substance abuse and/or mental health illness. The facility has a capacity for 21 clients who participate in a variety of treatment activities. Metamorphosis has been in Covid protocol, operating at approximately 75% of capacity. The Program receives funding from the State of Florida to support it operations. These funds are also matched with a contribution from the Alachua County General Fund.
