Background:
If the Nov. 8 ballot initiative passes, the Wild Spaces Public Places (WSPP) Citizens Oversight Board is intended to review expenses for both WSPP projects as well as housing and infrastructure. Attached is the current ordinance and resolution for the Oversight Board. Staff will provide a brief overview of the current workings of the Oversight Board and request direction on desired changes to be implemented.
