Background:

The Stormwater Assessment was adopted by the Board and implemented as a funding source for Stormwater - Water Quality improvement and Drainage Maintenance programs.

A resolution is required to set the Tentative Stormwater Assessment rates that will be included in the TRIM notices.

Current Board policy for the allocation of the Stormwater assessment funds is a 50/50 split between EPD Water Quality improvement programming and Public Works Drainage Maintenance activities.
